Contributions Reforms Advice

In March 2021, the NSW government accepted all 29 recommendations from the Productivity Commission's review of Infrastructure Contributions in NSW, sparking a major overhaul of the entire system. We can advice governments and developers on how they will be affected by these reforms.

Infrastructure Funding Plans

Councils require an understanding of their ability to fund infrastructure required in a new release area, or a rezoning areas. Infrastructure Funding Plans provide an analysis of the income Councils can expect from various mechanisms (S7.11, S7.12 or rates) and strategies to fund the revenue gap.
